What does a Property Buying Agent do and what is included in the full package?

Included Services:

- Property Search and Acquisition: We are here to help you find your next home. We work closely with estate agents and hear about properties that haven't yet come on to the market. This allows us to bring you opportunities that aren't available on the open market yet.

-Off Market Opportunities: Part of the property search can include off market contact which allows us to explore properties from a vendor who is not currently advertising.

-Negotiate on your behalf

-Purchase Process: Regular contact with the property chain, solicitors and brokers to obtain a speedy exchange of contracts and completion. Panel solicitors and brokers are available should you want support finding a prompt service.

-On completion services: Should you be looking for help arranging services such as a removal company or landscaper, we can point you in the right direction and support you with arranging this.

Property Buying Packages

Full Package- On Instruction

This package includes a reduced fee, with full payment on instruction. Prior to payment, a consultation is arrange virtually or face to face to discuss your situation and next steps.

Full Package- On Exchange

This full package involves a Retainer fee, with the remaining balance paid on exchange of contracts. Prior to payment, a consultation is arrange virtually or face to face to discuss your situation and next steps.

Location Overview and Recommendations

This consultation package discusses the best areas to live in your chosen location, answer any property buying queries you have, as well as the opportunity to review pre-selected properties found by yourself.

Property Negotiation Package

Once instructed, we will negotiate on your behalf to secure the best price for your next home. Our Property Progression service is also included in this package to ensure you are fully supported from start to finish.

Property Progression Package

We are here to support you through the purchasing process and will have frequent contact with all parties including solicitors, financial brokers and estate agents throughout the chain. You have access to our panel solicitors and financial advisors.

Rental Search Package

Looking for support finding your next rental property? We help with the full process from searching for the right property for you to moving in. We have strong relationships with letting agents as well as working closely with landlords.

Here at Find my Dream Home we offer a selection of services and packages to suit your property buying needs. Hi I'm Annabel, the founder of Find My Dream Home. I am very excited about the Property Buying Agent service we offer here in the Midlands.

I have worked within the property sector for over 6 years, with many years focusing on residential sales and the purchasing process. More recently I have been specialising in property sourcing for my clients.

The creation of Find My Dream home is an exciting step for me because it's core value of remaining affordable whilst offering a very valued service that I feel is lacking in this part of the UK, allows me to bring my passion in to the property buying world.
